This issue is the first issue produced by the new co-editors, Professor Daniel Mills from the College of Economics, Ritsumeikan University, and Professor Jeremy White from the College of Information Science and Engineering, Ritsumeikan University. This issue is also the first issue published on our new CALL-EJ website.
